Summer of Coder proposal

Good Day!

My name is Mikhail Kolesnik, I’m a student of Belarusian State university (www.bsu.by).
I would like to participate in Google summer of code, so I’m referring to the Subversion Project as mentor
with the following proposal.

I don't have much experience with C++ programming under *nix, but I do have some.
Also I really do enjoy subversion and 'am activity using it in my projects,
so I would like to contribute to it.

During this summer I would like to fix following issues:
1171 - proxy setting from Internet explorer
908 - Store text-base compressed
1326 - proxy configuration info needs to be client-side switchable

If one believes, that mentioned issues are not enough, I also would like to make some
research on the point of Issue 525 (allow working copies without text-base)
