Translation: request for clarification for two messages

Hi all,
I'm having some problem translating these two messages:

#: svndumpfilter/main.c:638
#, fuzzy
msgid "Delta property block detected - not supported by svndumpfilter"

#: libsvn_delta/svndiff.c:535
#, fuzzy
msgid "Svndiff has backwards-sliding source views"

Please, could someone explain the meaning of these messages? I tried to
look at the source without much luck.
