Ok, I just thought I would point out that the Insurrection tools now always
use the repository URL paths with query strings to support all of the
repository based features (get, diff, annotate, log, rss, etc)

You can check it out at http://svn.sinz.com:8000/ (look at the "Web"
repository - it is the one that has all of the Insurrection code in it.)
