Agree: close. It's a tough problem, but I think asking users to work
around it via URL commands is probably better than sprinkling more
oregano on libsvn_wc.

Also agree, but perhaps a FAQ item should be added pointing to these
things (and the issue should point to the FAQ item when closed)?
