If we consider Windows an important platform, I think the above is
important. One could argue that the original soak shouldn't be considered
started before rc1 binaries were available for Windows. (Flames to
null@famlundblad.se:-)) Currently, geting svn built under Windows is no
easy task (I know people are improving this situation). That means we
can't expect practically any field testing on Windows before binaries are
available.
