Yes, but I was treating that as contingent on other current soak
requirements. In other words, that requirement doesn't stand alone,
it's related to the rest of that section of HACKING.

However, reading it all again now, it leaves a lot of room for
judgement. As it should: it's the code that needs scrutinizing, more
than our rules.
