This would be my preferred feature and would like to see it done next.

I'd like to make an addition though - I'd like some kind of way to
transmit the auto-prop info. Distributing the same copy to all
workstations on a network (and keeping it *up to date*) involves a lot
of work, when all you want to say is that all files that get checked in
have xxx property. Setting up hooks to prevent the checkins without
that property isn't a real substitute for having the clients configured
automatically.
