ANN: SmartSVN EAP Debut Build 4 available

SmartSVN is a platform-independent Subversion client, which runs on any
platform, which supports Java >= 1.4.1. We hope to make it as power- and
successfull as SmartCVS ;)

New Features
------------
- editor for directory's svn:ignore property
- http-proxy support
- separate rename action
- Output pane: uses now a tree-structure and colored icons to indicate
   progress (yellow), success (gree) and failure (red)
- ability to copy file name of selected file/directory

Enhancements
------------
- opening an unversioned directory indicates error
- splitted Copy/Move into two actions
- small look improvements

Fixed Bugs
----------
- File/Directory Log: compare file (double click) often does not work
   correctly
- files with special characters (e.g. ') are not processed correctly
- Repository operations did not work for sub-profiles
- Commit: while searching committable files, a separate progress dialog
   opened -> needed to kill SmartSVN
- Move sets wrong server path for externals
- Checkout: hang for large projects
- TMate: mysteriously takes the wrong server
- NumberFormatException while opening a project
- Checkout wizard: confused layout
