Building without Berkeley DB

Hi,
1.5 weeks ago I was able to build my RPM without Berkeley DB, I just
updated to 1.2.x@14270 and after starting the build with the following
configuration:

  ./configure --host=i686-redhat-linux-gnu --build=i686-redhat-linux-gnu
--target=i386-redhat-linux-gnu --program-prefix= --prefix=/usr
--exec-prefix=/usr --bindir=/usr/bin --sbindir=/usr/sbin --sysconfdir=/etc
--datadir=/usr/share --includedir=/usr/include --libdir=/usr/lib
--libexecdir=/usr/libexec --localstatedir=/var --sharedstatedir=/usr/com
--mandir=/usr/share/man --infodir=/usr/share/info --without-berkeley-db
--with-swig=/usr/bin/swig-1.3.19 --with-python=/usr/bin/python2.2
--with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-apr=/usr/bin/apr-config
--with-apr-util=/usr/bin/apu-config

now it is bombing out of the compile with the following message:

cd subversion/libsvn_subr && /bin/sh
/home/david/rpms/build/subversion-1.3.0/libtool --silent --mode=link gcc
-O2 -g -pipe -march=i386 -mcpu=i686 -pthread -DNEON_ZLIB -DNEON_SSL
-rpath /usr/lib -o libsvn_subr-1.la auth.lo cmdline.lo

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ldb
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [subversion/libsvn_subr/libsvn_subr-1.la] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/david/rpms/build/subversion-1.3.0'
error: Bad exit status from /home/david/rpms/tmp/rpm-tmp.43782 (%build)

The only difference I can think of is that last time when I built I may
have not actually deleted the BDB 4.2 RPM I had installed.

Why is it trying to link to BDB when I told it not to?

Thanks.
