ANN: tigris.org upgrade (involves downtime)

The following notice is now displaying on all subversion.tigris.org
pages:

  "Tigris.org will be off-line for an upgrade starting Tuesday 8am PST."

This upgrade will significantly improve tigris.org, by bringing tigris
to the latest version of CollabNet Enterprise Edition.

However, it will involve some downtime, possibly a day's worth or more
(Daniel Rall, please correct me if this is wrong, I'm pretty sure
that's what you said over lunch the other day :-) ). We'll try to
minimize downtime, of course, but one can only bake the soufflé so
fast.

The Subversion repository will remain available throughout the
upgrade. Commit mails will be delayed, though, so use 'svn log' if
you want to stay absolutely current.
