1.2.0RC1 Test Failure

Running the 1.2.0RC1 test suite over DAV produced the following
failure for me. This is Solaris 8 + Apache 2.0.53, the test repii
were on the same machine as the test. No errors appeared in the
Apache error log during the copy_tests run.
