I can currently compile these targets (without errors):

- locale
- all svn* binaries
- python bindings
- javahl bindings

problematic are:
- perl bindings (at least missing EXTERN.h)
- javahl tests (missing package)
- ruby (downloaded 1.8.2 but did not install yet)

Ben, are python and perl both from ActiveState?

I have used the INCLUDE and LIB environment variables to do it.
