Re: building on win32 (branko, you there?)

The python and perl bindings build for me if I have configured the
directories for their .h and .lib files in Visual Studio options (or
through the INCLUDE and LIB environment variables should work too, I
think). I haven't tried to get ruby and java stuff building.
