Feel free to do that yourself when you think it si ready (which you seem
to do now). Just copy it over. Then, you have to merge in a somewhat
special way from trunk to the branch (see TRANSLATING) when you update the
trunk version. Note that merging translation updates doesn't require
voting in the STATUS file.
