Well, without mod_(dav|authz)_svn on Windows, unless there's an
httpd-2.0.54 release (with my mod_dav patch included) in the meantime.

Ohmigod... is that still in the code? I recall some strong objections
against a "svn version" command, and sort of remember our deciding to
rip it out again. What gives?
