The text about "In favor of ..., but not familiar with..." would
probably go better in the STATUS file than in this log message, since
that text is essentially an explanation of your +0 :-).

Also, this commit actually merged r13930, a fact which is not obvious
from the log message (which makes it sound like r13930 was merged
previously and you're just adjusting STATUS for that fact). It's
probably better not to combine vote commits and merge commits anyway.
Use one commit to merge r13930 and remove its STATUS item, and a
separate commit to vote on r13936/r13939/r13940.

None of this is a big deal, of course, just mentioning for next time.
