Kevin, some integration of the issue tracker with the SCM system is
possible even though it has not been implemented yet in Scmbug; e.g.
autolinkinking back to the SCM system's sources a la CVSView or against
a wiki (http://bugzilla.mkgnu.net/show_bug.cgi?id=266).

Please send ideas on that my way.
