Correct, the ones that come with RedHat are the swig-1.1p5 RPM packages.
I've always had to build my own SWIG 1.3.X packages and provide them on my
http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion server. The above change just
makes it so that the person wanting to build their own packages from
source doesn't have to get rid of the swig-1.1p5 RPM packages, he just
installs the swig-1.3.19-3 package along side the existing one. He can
"upgrade" if he wants to but now doesn't have to.
