[PATCH] Improvements to my svn-clean script

Hello Subverters,

Here is a patch adding some improvements to my svn-clean script, which can be
found in contrib/client-side/.

Of interest:
- Added --force switch to try and delete all files, even those that the script
thinks shouldn't be deleted (those for which we don't have write permission).
- Added --quiet switch to make the script shut up.
- Added --print switch to make the script not delete anything and only print
the names of the files that would have been deleted instead.
- Added complete POD documentation.
- Added --help and --man switches for user friendliness.
