No, I understand that the data is _available_ at the RA layer, but it isn't
stored anywhere in the WC files. So, either 960 has to be implemented (probably
by rewriting a certain percentage of the WC code) or some other command line
option has to be added (perhaps as an option to `svn info`) to query the
repository and return the repos-root. From the command-line user's standpoint,
the repos-root is currently a hidden value.
