DAV testing now requires that you setup authentication

This is just an FYI to all of you who do testing over DAV.

Since locking a file requires that you be authenticated, and since we've
now got a few locking tests, if you want to run the test suite over DAV,
you need to setup authentication for your test repositories. See r12814
for details.
