In this particular case, I think I and others explained well enough why
APR's approach isn't appropriate for Subversion (or rather, why its
broken), and how we do want it done. I can only guess that you decided
that you don't want to work towards the accepted design. Fair enough,
that's your call. And others, myself included, obviously don't think
having SVN DLLs on Windows is all that important. (As far as I'm
concerned, it's a "nice to have", but I don't have time for it.)
Of course, the stranger part of the story is that you said that TSVN
would always use its own copy of the DLLs, even if the "regular"
binaries provided them, so I'm a bit perplexed as to why you'd need a
DLL in the first place.
