Ah, thanks much. As it turns out, once I really read through translate-test.c
more thoroughly, I see it is not actually working with a repository. It is just
exercising svn_subst_copy_and_translate3() directly. So as soon as I understand
how to add test lines, I can add UUID tests directly to that file.
