I'd like to, but my hands are tied, since swig-pl is broken for platforms
which don't support cyclic dependencies between shared libraries, which
includes mine - Cygwin.

This happeneds shortly after 1.1.x branched. Despite my complaint at the
time, no one seemed bothered about this.

I've recently had an idea how to break the cyclic dependencies, I'll see if
I can make it work.
