Issue #2190 (http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2190)
has been created to track further
progress concerning obstructed update of renames differing in case only.

I've update the issue with mail threads and Greg Hudsons attempt at a
patch. Also updated issue #667 with
a reference. Feel free to add any additional info you might have, thanks!
