LAST CALL: Committers cast your votes in STATUS please

Several weeks ago we announced we would be doing 1.1.2 this week. Since
then many items in STATUS have been voted on, but STATUS has grown after
merging many of the listed items to the branch.

Please review any remaining items you deem important by Sunday night! The
1.1.2 release will be cut from the 1.1.x branch on Monday.

What you can do to ease the release process:

- Vote now (instead of Sunday)
- Test for the merge to the branch to apply cleanly
- Merge items with enough votes to the branch as soon possible
- create a branch for any item which cannot be merged cleanly to prepare the
merge (and have this branch voted on!)

Seems like we'll have 1.1.2 before Christmas. :-)
