[BUG] svnadmin rmtxns broken on FSFS repositories ?

Hi,

I'm using 1.1.1 on Win2K SP4, and I believe rmtxns is broken:

$ svnadmin lstxns \svn\repos
3057-1

$ svnadmin rmtxns \svn\repos 3057-1
svn: Reference to non-existent node '0.0.t3057-1' in filesystem
'/svn/repos/db'

I tried listing the transactions again, after the failure, and sure
enough, the txn's still in the repository.
