need information

I need information about how to install the subversion, that because i
dont understand the INSTALL file,
I have the subversion-1.0.9.zip, but in the INSTALL file say:
   run your zip descompresor, pick the *.exe file and *.dll but in
   the subversion-1.0.9.zip we have just svnpath.exe and no more .exe
   or .dll files
I´m working with windows 2000

please help me, what can i do
