I think Grzegorz should work in whatever chunks he's comfortable with.

If the issue is that our commit email list is getting filled up with
these log messages, we can split them out to a separate list (though
I'd rather not, when they're in the same repository).

Or if the issue is the sheer percentage log messages, that's something
that each client can parse out automatically. I mean, one person
doesn't care about the translations; maybe another person doesn't care
about bindings changes; maybe a third person doesn't care about the
www/ area... It's up to each user of the logs to select the logs they
want, by whatever means are available.

Revision numbers are cheap :-).
