I have some suggestions and comments about the German translations:

The formating and wording of the Geran help texts for the "svn propset"
command might need some improvement (beginning with line 1075 in de.po).
This help text also uses some different phrases than the rest of the
translation:

* "Note" is translated as "Notiz", at all other places the the better
word "Hinweis" is used.

* PROPNAME and PROPVAL are translated as EIGNAME and EIGWERT.
Since the command itself is called "propset" I see no problem naming
these placeholders PROPVAL and PROPNAME, as it has already been done for
the other prop* commands.

In the beginning, I was not very happy with "Übertragen" (transfer) as
translation for "commit", because the German word does not automatically
imply the direction of the data transfer. However, I think now this is
just a matter of getting used to the phrase. But you should make sure
that the word "Übertragen" is consistently used exclusively in the sense
of "commit", to avoid the confusion.
Unfortunately, the help text for "svn update" uses the word "Übertragen"
to describe just the opposite direction.
Maybe the line 1330 should read:
"Aktualisiere die Arbeitskopie mit Änderungen aus dem Projektarchiv" to
keep the words consistent.

I would send a patch with the suggested changes but I don't dare because
I do not have all the tools installed to check my changes.

Norbert
