Attn David Summers: BDB bizarreness in summersoft RPMs

[Ben C-S has already notified dev@ about this (subject: "Fwd: Is subversion
safe to use?"), but as the original discoverer of this problem, I thought I
should provide some additional detail.]

On the users@ list, I've encountered someone apparently having BDB version
mismatch issues on Red Hat 9 using the summersoft rpms.

On investigating, I discovered that the binaries in question are linked with
both db4.0 and db4.2 - this is definitely not recommended, and I've heard of
it causing unpleasantness when multiple db versions are linked into 1 httpd
binary, so I strongly suspect that a similar conflict is occurring here.

I.e. I believe these RPMs need to be fixed or withdrawn.
Note that I've only investigated the RH9 rpms - I don't know whether this
build anomaly affects the other OS versions.

Max.
