mailer.py additions...

Before I go diving further into mailer.py, we have a few requests that I've
gotten from the ASF folks for enhancements to the mailer. (I'm knee deep
in making sure the rest of the CVS->SVN transition is going smoothly: in
case you didn't know httpd, mod_perl, and APR are now converted to SVN...so
we're now well over 100k revs on our repository and a plethora of new SVN
users.)

- Show the full paths (incl. filenames) in the subject line. CVS did it
and I'm getting bombarded by complaints that we've now lost that feature.
I'm ambivalent, but I'm tired of consistently getting this complaint...so
it's obvious some people relied upon it.

- Have mailer.py do something with non-revprop changes. Currently the code
has:

  ### do something with change.prop_changes

It'd be nice to show the previous value or, heck, even the new value.

Any patches to do these causes $DRINK out of my 'IOU' stash. =) -- justin
