I downloaded trunk, used it to generate the project files, and then copied
the generated JavaHL project files to the 1.1.x branch build folders. That
seems to have done it.

Oddly, while I can see the custom build information in the generated
files, I do not see it anywhere in the GUI. Does anyone know where it
should show up? It doesn't show under the "Custom Build Step" area.
