svnserve 1.1.1 assertion failure

Hi,

Using the invalid SVN command:

svn switch . --relocate svn://x.x.x/something

Will trigger an assertion in svnserve:

svnserve: subversion/libsvn_subr/path.c:342: svn_path_remove_component:
Assertion `is_canonical (path->data, path->len)' failed.

This is with subversion 1.1.1 both as the client and as the server.
