svn:needs-lock

Ben,

Will the svn:needs-lock feature have a "notify me when file lock is
available" feature?

Example:

Developer 1 locks file foo.jpg
Developer 2 requests a lock for file foo.jpg
 - svn client explains to Developer 2 that Developer 1 already has the
lock
 - svn client gives Developer 2 option to be notified when Developer 1
unlocks the file
 - Developer 2 accepts the option to be notified
Developer 1 unlocks the file foo.jpg
 - Developer 2 receives notification that Developer 1 has released the
lock (either by selecting unlock or by committing a change to foo.jpg)
  
With notification delivery method to be configurable... (email, svn
client pop-up, others?)
