Hmm, then why is svn_client_blame() using a different default? The new
peg rev functionality *MUST* be identical in it's default behavior to
the old blame behavior. I've already run into this with merge. I guess
I'll need to start looking for the instances where the interface was
incompatably but silently changed and start vetoing them.
