The ra_local tests pass on my box. The kind of problem your log exhibits
pops up from time to time, but I've been unable to track it down. I
/think/ it is an obscure bug in the test framework that's triggered by
the wrong planetary configuration or perhaps unusual sunspot activity. I
notice it usually goes away if you wait long enough...
