What I have done is to add a Makefile target to generate a current log
file (and pipe it through gnuify-changelog.pl), then make the 'dist'
target depend on that. I have to remember to 'svn up' before I 'make
dist' (or I don't typically get the last thing I just added), but it is
a minor inconvenience...
