I would submit that a project that is self-hosting could probably be put
in the "stable" category. Since Subversion uses a Subversion repository
to store their revisions, I would put Subversion in the stable
category. Of course, there are plenty of others that are using
Subversion, and hat's off to the Subversion team for making such a
wonderful replacement for CVS.
So, to directly answer your question, there is no WinSVN product
currently available. Perhaps you can persuade the WinCVS developers to
provide WinSVN.
