mailing list archive update

Hi

Due to the recent focus on my web archives of the dev[1] and users[2] mailing
lists, I've updated my scripts a bit and improved the looks.

Now each individual mail's subject is put in the <title> tag (to make google's
search results look better) and I've added a first basic CSS to enhance the
look.

I'm interested in feedback, ideas and comments on how to improve my archives
even more, to the benefit of the project and its users.
