svn@svn.collab.net != svn@subversion.tigris.org

svn@subversion.tigris.org is the address that commit emails for the
subversion repository go to. svn@svn.collab.net is the address used to
reach the people who administer the subversion repositories on
svn.collab.net. at least it would be if it was working...
