Is the mailing list search function broken?

In trying to track down an email to this mailing list, it appears
that the search function on the web site is broken.

E.g. here's the mail I was looking for:

    http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgNo=79618

    From: Archie Cobbs <archie@dellroad.org>
    Date: Thu, 7 Oct 2004 14:24:46 -0500 (CDT)
    Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII
    Subject: [PATCH] 'svnmerge' tool for automating merges

But if you "Search Authors" for "Archie" or "Search Subjects" for
"svnmerge" then you get zero results... any ideas??
