1.0.9 on Wednesday.

I'll be cutting 1.0.9 on Wednesday. Right now there are only a couple
of items in the 1.0.x STATUS file. The only issue I'm considering
criticial though is the `svn ls` performance issue (r11211 and friends).

I intend this to be the *LAST* 1.0.x release baring a security or data
loss issue. If you have any other issues you'd like to see included in
the 1.0.9 release, please have them in STATUS and get them voted on by
Wednesday.
