RE: C# SWIG Bindings

I'm not sure about SWIG bindings, specifically, but Arild Fines pointed
out to me a while back that the AnkhSVN project
(http://ankhsvn.tigris.org) includes .NET bindings in C# that can be
used independently of the AnkhSVN project.
