[PATCH] [www] --extensions FAQ

* www/project_faq.html
 Add FAQ entry for --extensions
 List all 8 parts of the external diff command line.
 Warn that --extensions '' is ineffective.
 Suggest wrapper script to support non-GNU-diff-compatible diff commands
(thanks, Julian Foad).
 Warn that svn does *not* expect the passed files to be reconciled, and
may become confused if this is done.
