mod_dav_svn responds slowly with svn 1.1.0

Hi.
I've just encountered the following problem: i've upgraded svn to
version 1.1.0 running on Windows under Apache.
The response times became very high when working with command line
client or with TortoiseSVN. Web access through browser seems fine.
Have anybody encountered the same problem?

PS. i've tried svnadmin recover but it has no effect
