[BOOK] Request to host Spanish translation.

Hello folks,

The spanish language book translation effort has started to pick up
speed and we were wondering if we could host it in the svn repository
alongside the other translations, as we've been hosting our rep in
Grzegorz's computer so far.

Currently we have the following people:
* Grzegorz Adam Hankiewicz <gradha@titanium.sabren.com>
* Rubén Gómez <rugoli@euskalnet.net>
* me

What would be the next step for us to take?
