Yes, this is the one SteveKing was complaining about on this list.  My
impression is that he's applied this patch manually in TSVN already; 
but yeah, it probably makes more sense to put it in 1.0.7.  TSVN should
be using 'core' releases -- and as few patches -- as much as possible.
