I don't think it's quite appropriate for the book either. We don't
document how to set up SSL, or Virtualhosts, so would why reverse proxy
be appropriate? Any apache manual covers these topics... even the free
apache docs do.

Maybe it's better to rewrite this patch into our FAQ. Though, I can't
say I've ever heard people asking about how to do this in users@ or
IRC...
