german translation mailinglist created

I created a mailinglist for discussion about translation issues of
subversion into german (book, misc-docs, maybe po-file).

German translators (and others, interested in this subject) are
welcome to subcribe by sending a mail to

svn-l10n-de-subscribe@lug.krems.cc

This list is intended for discussion in german.
Technical issues and more general things should stay in
dev@subversion.tigris.org, users@subversion.org and so on.
